Received wrong item

Received the wrong item from a completely different brand, it was a white denim long sleeve tunic by Cotton On instead. Strangely, the clothing tag attached was for the right item and UPC though. Suspect it was a return from somewhere else. Hopefully Macy's will inspect returns and shipments from their warehouse more closely, it's the second time this has happened to me on an online order.

This was advertised as deep cocoa but was more like a dark reddish color. I liked the style and fit, but I was looking for a chocolate brown sweater so I returned it.
