I have bought this product for at least 5 years. I am now looking for a replacement because the conditioner no longer has a pump and it is very difficult getting the product out. Please provide a pump for your products
I ordered the Bumble and Bumble Jumbo super rich Hair conditioner from Macy's because the picture on the screen showed the bottle with a pump. It did not come with the pump which was disappointing.
The project is lovely, perfect level of conditioning for my fine hair. Smells fresh and not overpowering. The only problem is the liter didn't come with a pump so about 1/4 way through the bottle you start to have issues squeezing it out. It's quite expensive to have to figure this out on my own….

Product is great. Delivered quickly but doesn’t come with the pump.
I began using this product because hormones were changing and previous conditioner wasn't working. Used for a couple years and it worked great, but then my hair began falling out. It wasn't just a little hair, but a lot. Initially I thought it was hormone issue, so I tried a different shampoo and conditioner and my hair stopped falling out. I was 40 when I began using and stopped at 42. So, I think it's hormonal changes. My son has been using for his hair the entire time and there haven't been any issues for him. When the current bottle is done, I won't continue to buy this product for my son simply because he has curly hair and will find something to enhance his curls.
Love this conditioner because it never makes my hair heavy or left coated with anything. My hair is mid length, fine and thick and straight.
So I have used Bumble and Bumble for years. Great product, love the liters. They have no discontinued providing pumps for the liter sizes. This is a dealbreaker. I am young but have psoriatic arthritis. And the bottles are heavy and NOT well made for squeezing out product. I contacted customer service and they said their bottles have been redone so they no don't need pumps. But if I want, I can purchase pumps. Incorrect. So I will probably seek out new products. To le thats bad service.
About one month ago, I bleached my hair and dyed it with a kind of blond color. Then, my hair became very coarse especially when it is wet. Then I use this hair conditioner, the smell is good, feels fresh and it can make my hair smooth after use. Very happy to use it.
I’m very picky when i comes to hair products. This conditioner does everything I would like it to do. It smooths my hair, makes it soft and defines my curls. If I’d like my hair straight, it added lots of shine and volume. I put a dab of it on the end of my toddlers hair and her curls that where beginning to loose their shape, bounced right back,. Highly recommend.
