I purchased a package of brief at Harold Square location. At the terminal I was offered 20% off my next purchase that never came to my account or my e-mail. I purchased two boxes. Then I purchased another package, on the website and when I called on line support they told me that I had to speak to the people in the store. They could do nothing. I ordered it anyway on line for scheduled delivery 5 days later (last Friday). Then I get a message the day prior to delivery that the shipment is delayed another week. This is totally unacceptable. Please offer me a 20% refund to my credit card.

These are the best. I have been wearing these for many years. Prompt service. Packaging came undamaged. Shipping was quick

This nice (expensive) box of briefs was tossed into a big plastic shipping BAG by itself. It arrived crushed and spilled out, making it impossible for gifting (ew.) Will be returning. Can’t speak to the quality of the product, unfortunately.
