Wrong size sent
I was sent the wrong size, a Twin instead of the California King that I ordered. I called over a week ago and placed a corrected order. I never received the corrected size. When I called today, I was told I would be given a refund, and that I would have to order all over again. If you don’t have all sizes, then don’t post false advertisements.

Low quality mattress cover.
Inferior quality is your first impression. The backing rustles and is so noisy that it would wake you up! It's as noisy as a potato chip bag. Don't buy this. I returned it immediately.

California king waterproof mattress pad
I could not get this onto my California King mattress. The waterproof backing was also very noisy.
