I bought two of these. Other reviews helped my decision to purchase them by considering the quality and durability of Lenox. They are beautiful large and easy to handle. I just love them and highly recommend! They are deep enough so that pasta or salad can be mixed without spilling over.
Lenox is made in the USA. Tin Can Alley is a bone china pattern, so is more durable than porcelain or stoneware. This serving bowl is 10 inches round, not 9.5 inches as described. A somewhat taller bowl with less diameter would be more useful.
Perfect for serving side dishes for the family. Love that it is made in the USA!

This was a gift for my daughter-in-law to replace one she received for a wedding gift 9 years ago. It was not easy to find but Macy's had it and it was on sale and I was able to use a coupon. Arrived on time even though I received an email stating delivery might be delayed. This set has a beautifully simple elegant design.
