The work horse ..... Essential must haves
I just received the two piece set and very happy that they are both sharp and very easy to handle. well balanced and great replacement for my worn out ones which was quickly discarded.

Very sharp! High quality!
I bought these knives for myself & I’m SO GLAD I DID!! They put my old knives to shame. I was able to slice my cucumbers PAPER thin. You could practically read the newspaper thru them! :) I’ll only buy Henckels from now on. Thank you.
