The North Face Jester Crossbody Bag

I bought this bag based on the measurements and it resulted in a smaller size. I will return it.

I absolutely love the North base bag. Although it’s slightly smaller than I anticipated, it still offers an ideal size to carry a large phone, wallet, and other essentials. The bag is incredibly durable, water-resistant, and comfortable to wear. It also has a spacious interior that can easily accommodate all your items. The strap is expandable, allowing you to hold the bag in various positions, making it highly accessible.

When I pick up my order in the local store, I found out the weight and shape does not fee like a bag and it turns out is a Jean.

small, very small n strap is very poor quality

I brought this because I needed a smaller purse to carry on. Flights worked wonderfully.

there should be an accountability how a customer service representative communicate with the customer. I was just with a representative who hung up on me upon asking a question. what a bad service by Macy's customer service.

The color description needs to be changed from white to light gray. The photo shows a gray strap, but the bag is labeled “White Metal”, but is nothing close to any shade of white. I would still recommend the product, granted it is small; but if you’re looking for a white bag, it’s light gray.

Just perfect. Room for my wallet and other small items. Love the strap outside for cellphone and sunglasses. Excellent buy.

This bag is just right I needed something this small to carry everyday it's perfect

I wanted a small bag, and this was it. I use the open slot in the front for my phone. I use the main compartment for my keys and wallet. That’s pretty much it. If you want to fit what you normally carry in your pockets, then this is for you. If you want to carry a lot more than that, you’ll have to look elsewhere.
