There was a missing stone

The earrings look fine. The box however has lab grown in large letters printed on it and the price behind the earrings. It makes this gift look super tacky and takes away from the actual earrings. I’m going to have to purchase another box to use because this one has totally cheapened the gift. Presentation matters and when the presentation is a terrible as this it doesn’t matter how nice the item is.
