I like the knives (I bought two) primarily for their heftiness, ruggedness. The knife is fairly sharp (8/10). I was a little disappointed that the serrations are very shallow compared to similar others
Quality and performance
The IconiX knives made with high quality German Steel keep sharp . Handles fit the hand very well. The knives are balanced and precise. Prefer a set of good quality knives to all the other gadgets for food preparation.
Strange knife, but I love the weight of it and it is versatile. Bought it to complete my set.
