Jo Malone London Dark Amber & Ginger Lily Cologne Intense, 3.4 oz.

This is probably my favorite Jo Malone fragrance of all time. It's seductive, yet not overpowering. It can be characterized as intense, but overall it's a skin scent. The dry down is one of the most complicated musks on the market. That being said, after a while your nose won't smell skin scents… this is common. However, anyone who is close to you (like your husband) will smell it and love it. It's not overly feminine but not masculine either— as is characteristic of the best woody scents.

I have several JM scents. Today, while visiting a new site in Edinburgh, Scotland, I was introduced to Dark Amber. It's quite intoxicating and I can't stop smelling it. My go-to is Myrrh and Tonka but this one could be next in line, or replacement! Lasts a long time for me and my spouse loves this scent with my skin!

Jo Malone made a beautiful zesty scent with this combination of ginger, amber, and orange. It's a beautiful buildable scent that allows you to experiment with the warmth of amber and spicy orange. I love the at it last a whole 8 hour work day and it gives off a warm orange / amber scent. When I buy to scents I am always looking for a feeling this one - Smells mischievous to me! I received this product for free from Jo Malone for testing and review purposes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are big Jo Malone fans in our household- both my husband and I use JM. I love this scent on him and it is more "outdoorsy" but not too overwhelming.

I'm extremely disappointed in this perfume. No matter how much I put on, whether I'm wearing lotion, body oil, vaseline, whatever- it doesn't last at all. Horrible quality. I don't know why these fragrances are so popular. At this price point, they should last at least a couple of hours.

I have sprayed on a card while visiting a store and thought it was okay-Purchased a different fragrance -and asked for this in a sample -got it home and was warming up to to it -then I bought and wore it and WOW - love the fragrance and it last for over 7 hours -

A very, very beautiful scent. It is very distinctive. Everyone at my friend’s wedding asks me what company this is. This is the second time I have bought the same perfume. It is not a good idea. I do not have JM Malone.

I've used this perfume for ages and adored it so much I ordered this bottle when my old one I bought from the store was running low. I finally opened it and it has basically no scent at all. What little scent it does have is all lily and no dark amber. It is pretty much an expensive bottle of nothing.
