The locket shipped nicely , I really liked that the locket had a monogram on it and wasn’t just plain , but when it came , I really had to look hard to see the monogram, very disappointing , it does not stand out at all. The length and the chain are nice but the locket size was ok , don’t love the plain front

Not only did I not get the type of necklace I ordered, but it had the incorrect initial on it. I had to take it back to the store. On a good note, the sales woman was very nice and helpful.
