Another bad online experience and and horrible support. I ordered this jersey on Nov 24th. Needed it as a gift to take with me on Dec 7th. PLENTY of time for delivery. Well...Macy's choice of shipping options is the result of a package being lost with NO follow-up or replacement. It's Dec 6th and I now have to shop elsewhere for another gift before getting on a plane tomorrow morning. Aside from all this aggrevation, I now have to may $30 more for the same item IF I can find there jersey elsewhere (Macy's refused to make up for that). After multiple calls to India and Phillipines customer support (between Macy's, UPS and UPS Mail Innovations), I'm totally turned off from purchasing ANYTHING from Macy's online. Never again! And...what's MORE insulting??? I just got the Macy's credit card bill for a package I NEVER received! HEY MACY'S....Check your own package tracking reports. Try NOT sending an invoice for something NOT received by your customers. ALSO....DO NOT RELY ON ANY DELIVERY SERVICES THAT HANDS-OFF TO USPS!!!
