I purchased these bath towels in Sapphire and Forest Green from Macy’s expecting reliable quality, but they faded immediately after one wash even though I followed every care instruction and washed them with like colors upon receivingmy delivery. The color loss is obvious and makes them look worn out right away. This is not what I expect from Macy’s. Very poor quality. Please do not waste your money on these towels because you will be disappointed. I reached out to Macy's to let them know how disappointed I was in the quality, and they offered a partial refund of $20, which is an insult based on the amount I spent. Please do not purchase because you can find better quality elsewhere and you can't return the defective product. Shame on you Macy's!!!

These towels were absolutely awful. Looked nice, and were very soft; the only problem was that they do not absorb any water and you cannot dry yourself using them. Total Garbage
Best towels I’ve purchased in years. Washed & dried nicely….very soft. I paid a little more but the quality was worth it. That is something you do not get very often today. Like back in the old days, you paid a little more but you got the quality you wanted. That is not the case today. So these towels were a pleasant surprise. Where they were made plays a huge roll in quality too.
