Eco4life 10.1" Digital Photo Frame with Remote Control

I am not at all good with technology, but this was so simple. It worked immediately, and I am so pleased! I also think the size is just right for many years' accumulated vacation pictures.

I am loving this photo frame! t was super easy to set up and loading the pictures is a snap too! Considering ordering another for my friend!

I already posted to your site about this. I ordered the digital frame for my mother's 82nd birthday last weekend. You can imagine how frustrated I was to receive the eco4life Smart WiFi Tilt/Pan camera in the mail. How lazy of you. Ever since your company was purchased be Federated you have slipped into the Ross/Marshalls category of shopping. Disappointing

Aware that this gadget can't read JPEG file. After days and hours I spent my time put the photos one by one, this gadget can't read JPEG. I have to figure it out what format that it can read (probably only BMP). Please be aware of it.

Don't have memory , you can't use your phone to trnafer the picture only work with a card but stop working

I couldn't even find a prompt to upload photos. Imagine my surprise when I gifted it to grandparents for a Christmas gift! No directions available even on line.

I never received the frame.
