The product feels really really really cheap , like worst quality plastic. The one they sent to my home came defective - completely useless and a waste of time. Now I have this large box at home that I will have to fake to the post office to return it, because it does not work. Seriously? Not even a quality control process. Again , don’t even waste your time buying this thing.
This item doesnt work. It is the Christmas gift that ruined Christmas.
The system has all the components but the sound quality is not what I would consider baseline decent… even for the low $$. That said, if you are not concerned with that, its components do work. I think it’d be ok for a young kid… like pre teen, but if you love music I think you might be disappointed. The audio on this is on par with a $20 boom box I bought for a friend during limited stay in the hospital- throw away item.

Overall...system is underwhelming. Top phonograph record came cracked. The turntable audio is not very good. Speakers lack quality sound. Macy's flopped on this. Going to give this away to a friend and buy a better system elsewhere.
