Yet another order from Macy's arrived damaged. I opened the box and one of the earring stones flew out of the box. How can the stone remove itself from the earring base while sitting in a box? The piece that holds the stone in place was completely bent allowing the stone to fall. It was most definitely packaged this way. I feel I continue to get orderes previously returned and not looked at before sending them out as a new order.

The earring set is prettier than the picture. The posts are very dainty. It made a lovely gift.
