Earring Post Fell Off
The post on one of these earrings fell off just a couple weeks after receiving them. The backs are tough to get on and off, too. I went into the app a few times to initiate a return/refund and each time the page just loaded and loaded for ever. Life goes on and this wasn’t a priority so no I am stuck with earrings I can’t wear. I could have just thrown my cash in the trash can and it would have been no different.

Adore these - versatile. Purchased the white and they look like diamonds. Length hits at chin. Tip for earring backs- ( they never work!) I had my jeweler custom make spring loaded backs that work with all my earrings- very worthwhile investment - I never worry about losing one.

My package did mot delivery and macy does not contact me back when i try o contact them

Just okay
These are kind of a cheap looking gold. I had to get different backs for them because the ones that came with the earrings didn’t hold the earrings flush to your ear and it just looked bad. Overall these are definitely too expensive for what you get.
