Although I love the glasses the shipping service Macys provided through UPS was a disaster. I hated myself for shopping from Macys online for their very poor shipping service. My package was lost while the UPS sent me a photo for delivery proof which was not belong to my address. The UPS people were so rude too.
My package was lost and UPS asked me to locate it myself after I complained and they sent me a map. That’s the worst experience ever! They delivered my item to a wrong address and the location and map that they had sent was wrong and for someone else’s item.

The internet picture of these were quite stunning, as was the beautiful gold color. However, when received, they are small and the color reminded me more of Lipton tea than gold.
