I found the jacket very thin & the zipper did not wort. It was returned. Return was annoying. Since it was a third party item zI have to wait for my refund. I wish I was made aware of that before my purchase.

This jacket keeps my grandbaby warm, but it's slim-fitting with limited room for layering. It's perfect for slim kids but might be tight on chunkier ones. The thin fabric holds the warmth well, and while I was initially skeptical, it's proven to be warm enough. For our mild climate in the southern state, it's just right. However, it may been to layer up for colder northern states. Overall, it's a great little jacket, and I'll buy it again when he outgrows this one.

This jacket is ultra light as it is indicated so I'm kind of "ok let's try" at the beginning. However, it's warm. I think that could be the reason of down filling. Plus, it's packable. pretty convenient to put it in the schoolbag for kids.
I recently purchased this ultra lightweight jacket for my son and I have to say, we are absolutely in love with it! It is exceptionally functional and warm. It is just at it claim ultra lightweight and soft. It was kind of thin when it first come out from the bag. But it regains the puffiness a while later. It is great for an active kid in cold weather. Definitely check the size guide, it is not a typical kid’s size. The Small we order is reference to size 4.
