Farberware Ceramic Nonstick 11.25" Griddle

Great skillet, but warps in the center easily. I use it every other morning to cook breakfast.

I do not recommend, it's notnon-stick nor scratch-resistant. After adding butter, it looked like it burned and changed color. Honestly, it is the worst.

It is a good size but it gets really hot and burns the food or the tortillas which I use it mostly for that. So it’s better to put it on a low temperature as it will get hot fast.

Farberware ain't what it used to be! The first use was for pancakes, the lightweight aluminum bottom warped in the midst of cooking, producing uneven heat, then trying to clean the pan; some of the ceramic coating came off in spots around the edges! The 2nd time, tried to fry some scrambled eggs and they stuck hard to the pan and when cleaning up, more of the ceramic coating came off! Will not use this pan, nor ever buy any more Farberware . The aluminum base of the new pan is cheap n not as heavy weighted as the old pan that lasted 20 yrs! This new pan is a huge disappointment!!

Made fried eggs for myself and my daughter. Not one stuck to the pan. Heats evenly and clean up was so quick and easy. As usual, Farberware does not disappoint.

Made scrambled eggs in it so far and they were light and fluffy! Perfect!

Purchased this Farberware Nonstick Frypan along with the nonstick griddle. I am very pleased with this pan. Scrambled eggs taste good again, vegetable sauté cooking very well. Delighted with both items.

What an incredible pan! Cooking eggs, pancakes, anything is a breeze!
