Espressione Concierge Elite Automatic Bean to Cup Espresso Machine

Having owned four Jura commercial espresso machines that we use for charitable events, we’ve had extensive experience with fully automatic espresso equipment. It was a great machine while it worked but after one year, it stopped working. It says it needs beans but I have done all the trouble shooting and nothing worked.

Super simple to operate. Makes a nice, creamy espresso shot. Frother works well. What's not to like!

This is a brand I trust. My first one last more than 8 years and it was damage by my curiosity.

it seemed like a good espresso maker for the first 2 months, then it started to leak water, i reached out to the manufacturer and they sent me a diagram showing how to fix this espresso maker. NOT offering to replace it or have it shipped for free to have it fixed. They offered me to ship it to them and pay for shipping both ways and they would let me know how much it will cost to fix once the espresso maker gets there. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! TERRIBLE QUALITY!

I've had this machine for a couple of years now and it's a great little work horse. I like that it's so small- perfect for a tiny NY apartment. It heats up quickly, and pours a consistent shot of espresso. It's extremely easy to use. Some reviews say it's loud, but it's the same level as any other coffee grinder that I've ever used. Grinding beans is not quiet. It's very convenient that the machine does it all in one. It's easy to clean and maintain. I'm happy with it.
