I love it great value perfect for my house whole

Broken CARAFE on delivery glass throughout the box unable to even get it back in the box to mail it back to the company. I ordered it from Macy’s. Supposedly they are crediting my account right now. I know I don’t have a coffee maker not happy bad Father’s Day gift.

My husband likes drip coffee and I love espresso. We are both happy now! Easy to learn how to operate. Straight forward to clean.

Was super excited about this coffee/espresso machine. Bought in January stopped working completely in mid April.

Makes pretty good coffee, after you use install the espresso a few times it gets much easier to use. I'm very disappointed because after only 3 months the carafe started leaking. I'm going to get int ouch with Macy's to see what they say but if they don't send out another carafe, I hope they take the whole thing back at this point. it isn't worth it for me.

Its our first week of use and so far so good. We have used all of the features and they all work good and make great coffee.

We've been a pour over house for years, but wanted have a simpler option and route to experiment with espresso based drinks. This machine provides both with ease and class.

I’ve bought two of them as presents. Within in a week both frothers stop working. Very disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not completely happy with purchase. This is a pretty basic entry level espresso maker. On the plus side, it has a coffee option. However, the carafe is absolute junk! It leaks. I've tried different things such as opening the lid when pouring, making less coffee, pouring very slow. It's junk. I'll need to find a replacement option.
