I have back problem. I love the support it gives me. It's alleviated a lots of my pain, excellent quality.

Terrible! Hurt my back. Not comfortable. Returning!

Not happy with this bed topper! Creates a well where you lay and it's hard to more out of it. Want to return for a refund!!! How do I handle that?

Not cooling at all, but soft.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pleasantly surprised by this memory foam topper! Even with a new pillow-top mattress, I found myself tossing and turning at night. I’m now falling asleep faster and waking up feeling refreshed. I allowed 24-hours of off-gassing before placing on the bed. I didn’t notice a cooling effect; perhaps because I put it under the mattress pad.

I can't say enough great things about this product. Not only was it very easy to put onto of my mattress, it finally let me get a great night's sleep. For various reasons, I have always been a poor sleeper but the soft gel inside this topper lets me be softly cradled and have no points of pain. I did have to get used to the impression my body made going back to its former form each time I rolled over but that's a very minor issue. Otherwise, I love this product and highly recommend it.
