Poor ship options, even after paying express ship, they needed 2 days just to pack the order? Who does that?

Needs to be package better when I received it. The chain was so tangled. I tried to untangle it. I had to return. I ordered a new one. We’ll see how that one comes in. Praying is not as tangled as the one I received first this is my second order on the necklace. It is beautiful though it’s just poor packaging. It needs to be packaged properly with that beautiful chain it comes with

The necklace arrived fast. However, the necklace was all tangled. It was shipped as a gift, so my mother had to go into the store to try to get another one or to have someone untangle it.

The necklace is tarnished. It’s changing colors. I haven’t been swimming or exposed to any chemicals and yet the necklace is changing colors. Very disappointing. I would not recommend this product
