Terrible fulfillment people!
I ordered black and white bag and received a brown one. Macys did that to me last month also when I ordered a blue necktie and received a purple one twice!

Slice in leather
The bag is beautiful, the only reason I gave it. One star is because it came with a slice in the leather on the front flap of the bag. Now I have to go back and return it. I buy things online because I don’t have time to go to the stores.
