Steve Madden Men's Zane Tonal & Textured Leather Mid Oxford Dress Shoe

I bought these shoes. After using them the second day on my office, the left shoe started to make a noise on every step. Very bad quality.

We got a solid color brown shoe and it was supposed to be a lighter brown and darker brown shoe

I went to Ridgedale Mall Macys to purchase the shoes and they didn’t have them in stock, so they offered to order them initially and have them sent to my residence. I have a 25% off code which I received after purchasing two suits a week prior. The code didn’t work (weird) and the store manager (male with a bull nose ring), can’t remember his name, couldn’t have been more rude and he couldn’t have tried harder to not help me. TERRIBLE customer service, the manager made no attempt to solve the issue. Kodos to the wonderful customer service worker that I worked with over the phone, she got the shoes ordered and used the coupon code that didn’t work for the manager in the store.

Shoes fit well and complimented the suit.

After one use.. Very noticeable and annoying squeaky noise from the right heel.. hope macy's will let me return it.

Good shoe but runs very small/tight

Very narrow. I take 10.5 in every other shoe (including a different pair of Steve Maddens) but could not even get my foot in this one.

I want to like these shoes, but the right shoe has an unacceptably loud squeak in the heel sole that can be heard from afar. I might try to return on this basis.

Nice casual or dress shoes.
