I was so excited to get these. I ordered my usual sz. 9. when I opened the box, it was obvious someone with a fat foot tried on the right shoe. It was bent and flopped on my foot. The left shoe fit. Sending them back. this isn't the first time Macy's sent me someone else's return.

So I bought two pair one for me and one for a family member and they run kind of big so we have to buy something to put in the back of it so it fit a little bit we did we didn’t want to return them because they’re so pretty and nice I think when things run big they should give them insoles or cushions to go within it because that means that is a irregular size Because I truly love this brand I have a lot of sneakers and bags in this brand so I hope they can figure out and get it corrected or maybe put like a a piece of a strap in the back where you can adjust it if it’s too loose in the back for you something have a nice day

The shoes were entirely too big. The moment I stepped into them to walk, my feet walked right out of them. They were my regular, 8M, and it seems the manufacturer doesn't make the sizes like USA shoes. I never had a shoe that fit so large.

No arch support is a shortcoming

This is my second pair of these shoes. For my first pair, I took them with me recently to New York. We did a lot of walking. I had three pairs of shoes with me at that time but these were the ones I wore the most. As for size, they do run large. I usually wear 5.5 or 6 but had return the 5.5 and get a 5.

Good shoes

The shoes are really pretty and a bit heavy. They also run big. My normal shoe size is 8.5 and that is what I ordered and they are big. I have to returned them and waiting for size 8. Hopefully they will fit better. About quality and comfort I do not have any idea because I have not wear them.

I bought these about a week ago and so far they are comfortable and stylish
