Dearfoams Men's Collin Terry Adjustable Shower Slide House Slipper

So, I ordered a pair for me and a pair for my spouse. When delivered, the package was damaged with tape from USPS that said "received in damaged condition". When I opened the package only one of the pairs of slippers was there. I contacted Macy's customer service via chat. I was told a request was made to the seller (presumably Dearfoams) to request a refund for the slippers I never received. I was told the seller would contact me in 3-5 days! There were no other options presented despite my objection as I still wanted the slippers. In my opinion, there is absolutely no reason to shop at Macy's on-line becuase they are not responsible and do not take responsibility for your order. I could have just gone on Dearfoams website and probably ordered these direct. It is extremely irritating that Macy's took my order and took my money, but is not resolving this delivery issue.

My husband loves these slippers. He wears them everyday around the house.

Bought these mainly for pool days and they've become my most-grabbed shoes of the summer. Easy to throw on, comfortable enough to wear all day, and I don't have to think twice about getting them wet. The memory foam insole is legit not that thin flat foam that does nothing. Wore them from the pool to a quick errand run and they held up fine. The fact that you can just toss them in the washing machine is a bonus I didn't know I needed. Solid slide.

At first the slippers were not very comfortable. I then realized the foam had to conform to my feet - which on only the second or third try they did, and are very comfortable now. I also like the fact that they are machine washable.

Slippers are too heavy

I got these Dearfoams for Father’s Day and they were such a good find. They’re super comfortable (like immediately, no break-in needed) and he’s been wearing them nonstop around the house. I feel like slippers can be hit or miss,but these actually feel supportive and well-made—not flimsy at all. And for the price?? Such a good deal. Definitely one of those gifts that just works!

These slippers are very comfortable. I will sew the flap down because it is a bit too long and it doesn’t lay flat and it looks funny. No big deal.
