Nice skillets!
These skillets are lighter in weight than their regular cast iron skillets. I do like the design. I hope as time goes on they maybe a bit more non stick. I made pancakes in the larger skillet approx. 3 times now and still need a nice amount of oil to prevent the pancakes from sticking.
