I bought this topper and returned it. It felt harder than I expected and when I unzipped the cover I noticed that only half the foam was memory foam and the bottom half was regular plain polyurethane. It said 3 inches of memory foam on the packaging and for the price point it should have been! Very disappointed
I'm living with friends for a short time while my house is on the market. The queen mattress in the in-law apartment - how shall I say it - leaves much to be desired. I didn't do any research ahead of time, just went to Macy's knowing they would likely have what I needed. A queen size topper wasn't in stock that day but arrived via FedEx in 2 days. I love the product. I had reservations about the "zones" but they work very well, even for a side sleeper. Heartily recommended.

I did not receive the mattress only the cover
This was a beautifully plush mattress topper but when it came time to sleep on it I found myself extremely uncomfortable as the zones which were divided into three sections of firmness made my body feel as if I was sinking in some parts and my middle part was elevated too high to be anywhere near comfortable. I returned it. I tried to get used to it for several nights but kept waking up with too much support in the middle and so sunken in on my head part that I couldn’t even use a pillow. I’d only recommend this if there were no separate zones.
Purchased this April 25,2025… I have turned it about once a month. After only 6 months it is broken down. You can see where we lay in bed and the center is still firm like a hump. Took the cover off to wash it and put it outside to dry however it was still a bit damp so I finished it in the dryer. BEWARE!!! It was only in for about 25 minutes. Not only did it shrink after washing it also MELTED TOGETHER IN THE DRYER. IT IS NOW TRASH!!! The directions clearly state you can wash and machine dry.
My back is hurt
So far, so good. Let it set out a couple of days to open. It expanded like it should. No smell.
Soft and cooling. It does shift some with an adjustable bed frame so I wished it had straps. But I’m pleased with my purchase.
