This is the best throat and décolletage serum I have used. It actually does help reduce fine lines in that area. I don’t like the rollerball applicator, it feels uncomfortable when applying and just squeeze a small amount from the tube.
Whilst I love Prai products, and this one in particular, I feel Prai are treating their customers with a lack of respect, showing this as ‘new and improved’ but failing to mention that it’s now half the size (60ml instead of 120ml) but at the same price, so 100% increase in cost, something I didn’t realise until I received the almost same sized box but with an extremely light bottle in. I will now be looking at competitor products instead
I have been using this product for many years in conjunction with the throat and neck night and day duo creme. I truly believe the appearance of my neck would not look as smooth and firm if I did not use the trio morning and evening. I would highly recommend.

I started using the serum and within two weeks I lost all crepey skin in my neck and it’s started to tighten up. It’s a miracle serum! Must have!!
Did not like it, left my skin wet land the tube seemed to be half empty.
I love the serum, but the roller dispenser is pretty pointless, as it doesn’t always work and is just unnecessary imho.
I have been using Prai products for years and it is superb. The neck serum is amazing
So often customers say this but why is it necessary to keep changing things which dont need it. The old product was so easy to use, the right amount of product dispensed and the flat applicator easy to manoeuvre so you can angle it to suit the user. The new product is not user friendly and it dispenses either far too much serum or barely any. I've had to just squeeze an amount onto my hand and massage it in manually. It won't happen but I do wish the new product fails in favour of bringing back the old one
