The hook pin got broke on the very first week of wearing the shoes. Its cheap quality hook and won't recommend. Now I can't even return as window closed and whole shoe is wasted.

I've purchased other dress shoes from here but this is by far the best one. It's stylish and comfortable. My feet feel as if they're wrapped in a pillow.

My left shoe is Defective after wearing it less than a handful of times to work. The metal hook piece fell out of place and has become difficult to keep it together. I cannot unhook the shoe to untie it and place my foot in to tie it. I have to keep it hooked/tied and try to slide my foot in without untying it. It will be difficult to tie if I were to untie it andslide my foot in first
