This ice maker had been the best thing ever for our office. Super easy to use and does not need to hook up up to any water line

Good purchase, product came as advertised and performs as needed. Pros - price, aesthetics, ease of use (e.g. excess water drains easily), auto-shut off. Cons - and I'm being picky here - a little noisy when operating, only two ice size settings, occasionally a rogue cube will block the sensor and ice-making will time-out.

We bought this unit about two months ago and did not take it out of the box for the first 30 days due to space limitations. Once we made room, we put it to work immediately and it has worked almost continuously for the last month. We go through a lot of ice and it has not let us down yet.

I have been using this ice maker almost every day for 4-5 months and it has been a workhorse. If you add cold water to the machine it makes cubes in very few minutes. You will want to transfer the cubes to the freezer promptly as they begin to melt and get very wet. This can cause big clumps of ice cubes in the freezer, but other than that, it works wonderfully.
