Not elastic waist and I would wear a MEDIUM, but like my PJ to run big so I got a LARGE and it was more like an XXL. Way to big and the top is cut weird and runs small so it does not cover your breast.

I fell in love with the pj set online. The striped pants seemed adorable. While I normally wear a small in regular clothes, I always like my pj's roomy. The medium appears like an extra-large, with no draw string. Pants are extremely poor quality. Will return.

Cute pajamas that are comfortable to wear. Full length bottoms with a tank top. The tank top runs large. The bottoms are perfect for someone who is 5‘4“. I ordered a small, but the tank top is probably more a medium.
Returned😕 overall bad fit. Arm holes are cut too wide for sleeping, if you know what I mean. Waistband way too wide. Tee shirt fabric very thin and pants fabric crunchy.
I ordered the smallest size in the top fit, reasonably well. The bottoms, however, or at least two sizes too big despite being marked as small! There were no drawstring, and the elastic seemed like it had already gotten old and loose. I returned these.
