It's okay
The collar on this vest doesn't lie flat, so if you don't zip it to the top, like the model, the collar is awkward. Maybe this will improve after I wash it? It is definitely extra snug around the bust and I am a 34A and wear a small or medium in tops. If you are B or more size up. It's an off white, not a true white. I'll revisit this vest in the fall, and decide on keeping or giving away!

I’m so happy that I bought this vest. It is fuffy but not bulky. This vest is form fitting and flattering. Not boxy. It is the right weight. I have not washed it so can’t speak to that. I think the fitting to size is accurate.
