Best vacuum I've ever experienced. Very impressive with the suction and lack of noise. So glad I didn't waste my money. Picks up pet hair incredibly from carpet.

I love the extended reach and flexibility of the hose. All vaccuums should have this type of easy accessibility with the hose. I dont have to worry too much about the vacuum falling over while I am using the hose. I can easily lift up the handle and have the hose reach up high, or down low, which is really helpful for someone with a disability. Please make all of your vacuums have this extended hose/flexible hose option. That's the main reason I bought this vaccum.

This is a warranty replacement. It is working as well as the previous one. I just hope that it lasts longer than the previous unit.

I purchased this model 9-10 years ago. It was finally losing suction (understanding after 10 years and pets). Wanted to stick with a model I loved so we chose this one. We are very disappointed. The vacuum is bulky, less maneuverable, no lights, cord originating from the right side, the button to change between carpet and hardwood is down on the vacuum and not on the handle, and less attachments were included. I wish I would have went with another model because we love shark products just disappointed with the update to this model.

Worst purchase of my life. Has had nothing but problems since purchasing 6 months ago. I have to constantly work on this thing. Extremely temperamental. We have to pick up anything larger than a spec of dust or it gets clogged. Even then, the motor runs hot and requires literally every part to be disassembled after every use. Don’t waste your time with it. Will update this review and give praise if Shark answers my inquiry I submitted.

Seems a lot more powerful than my previous vacuums. So very happy so far.

I am a person who loses my hair too much and I could almost never find something that sucked and cleaned it completely. This vacuum cleaner has a 10/10 power and is super easy to handle because it is not heavy, easy to clean and the filter is easily removed so that it is like new

I wish it had the led light to spot dust like my last one had. Other than that great vacuum!
