Safety 1st Baby Smooth Ride Travel System

I barely had it for a month. It was a gift so I can’t take it back. I got it before baby was born.It’s broken It’s off balance when I put the car seat in it folds down.

My sister bought me the combo with carseat/base/stroller. No issues whatsoever. I was able to put the stroller together with ease even at 9 months pregnant. The carseat and stroller together with their canopies up is perfect when windy or rainy as it is full coverage with both canopies.

I have two little ones (and two big ones) and I only wish I had found this travel system earlier. The carseat is rear-facing from 4-35 pounds, and the stroller is good for my newborn and my toddler. I love how easy it is to move, with agile wheels. The brakes are easy to use, even with flip flops on. I think the biggest winning feature is that it folds and unfolds easily.

I love this! I love that everything is included the baby seat base and stroller. The stroller is so easy to put together and use!

My daughter was 6 months old, I had her in this stroller and pushed her on the driveway a little then I stopped to grab something in front of her, I reached down to pick something off the ground and all of a sudden the stroller folded completely up on her! Her head was down almost touching the concrete and her leg and other foot got caught on the sides of the stroller and was trapped. Scariest day I've had!! And to top it off, my mom bought this same exact stroller combo and yesterday she was pushing my daughter on the pavement driveway then pushed her inside the house, and she knew my situation so she wasn't going to leave her without her hands being on the stroller and it went to fold up on my daughter again! Lucky she grabbed her before it really folded up but it still scared my mom and daughter and she cried for a few minutes. This stroller is HORRIBLE!!!!

Super lightweight stroller and it's extremely easy to unfold and fold. I'm 5'2 and it's the perfect height for me. Only needed diaper bag space so the under carriage is perfect for me. Car seat works great no issues at all. I use it all the time. I drive a Nissan Versa and keep the stroller in my trunk but I have no issues with space. I've had it for 2 months so far.

Stroller is rusting. Tried to contact customer service via mail and phone , no response. There is rust water coming out from the sides

I purchased the car seat and stroller but we have not been able to use the stroller because we are missing a rod/pole for the back wheels. I cannot figure out how to get a replacement

The stroller does great on uneven surfaces and is comfortable to push and seems comfortable for my child. It does seem cheaply made though and things break and wear easily. I really did like that the car seat clicked right into the stroller and that the canopies closed well together. Overall I like the stroller even though it's cheaply made. I love how easy the stroller is to fold with one hand. I really didn't like the car seat as much as I thought I would. I loved how light it was compared to others. But, the bottom buckle/straps always pinched my little guys legs and made him cry. I absolutely hated rethreading the harness. The head insert always fell out. It's extremely difficult and time consuming to get apart to wash and put back together. The base is cheaply made too and is extremely difficult to get tight enough in the car so it doesn't move side to side. Once you get it tight enough, the extended part that adjusts warped and then it tips the base. My baby's head always fell too far forward no matter what we did. It was always difficult to lift the seat over the hump on the side of the base to get it in the car. I hated installing the base with the level line because it's total guess work and I was always questioning if I had it level or not because the line was confusing and never felt right. The base didn't have the latches with the buttons, and with the base installed tightly it was almost impossible to unlatch the latch hooks if you needed to take it out of the car for any reason. Very time consuming install and uninstall for the base. Basically hated the car seat and base! Good note. The lift to fold strap broke on my stroller and I called to get a replacement strap. Customer service said that part wasn't replaceable but that they would just send me a replacement stroller after I proved that I destroyed the broken one. My warranty was a couple of years past, and they still just sent me a new stroller (with the car seat). Amazing company to work with!

Had an accident on mothers day (a hit and run) and I am so grateful that she wasnt hurt, she was in her carseat secured and the cushions on her head kept her head positioned. Plan on buying another just to have for safety measures
