Best health care vitamins

I have been taking this semi-regularly for the past couple months and I'm almost done with my first bottle. I've had a rough year at the dentist after feeling like I was doing everything in my power to keep my teeth healthy. I had some dental care procrastination in my 20s and through the pandemic. My fillings would fall out and my molars have chipped, and it caused some psychological torment trying to save my teeth. The thing that drew me to this vitamin was the probiotic part, as I was thinking my gut biome was causing acid reflux and degrading my teeth through my saliva. I *feel* like I have less acid reflux, (maybe even less hiccups?) and this pill combined with regular flossing/mouthwash and brushing 3x a day has made my gums look beautiful and my teeth maybe whiter. But the most noticeable tangible change after taking these is the strength of my nails (no chipping or bending, I can even press my phone side buttons with them!). That must be doing something for my hair and teeth/bones as well. We'll see once I get back into the dentist chair, but I'm optimistic!

I switched from a Calcium Carbonate sourced pill to this suppliment and noticed improvement RIGHT away. The Carnonate is notorious for causing skin deposits, G.I. issues, and is not well absorbed by the body. Switching cleared those issues, and I felt more energy in a matter of days. The dry mouth from my other meds has completely gone away. My teeth are whiter, feel smoother, look and feel harder like they have become stronger. I also got an electric oral-b toothbrush with the FlossAction style brush after I started this suppliment. When i went to the dentist last week, there was NO tartar for him to scrape, let alone no cavities which was a FIRST since i began my inhalers. I would DEFINITELY recommend to others because I was in a state where because of my meds and inhalers, I was going to my dentist with more cavities every other month. If things kept going at that rate, they would surely end up falling out. I am genuinely grateful for the improvement I've seen in only one month.

I'm just trying to get some free stuff. So I'm hoping that by letting you all know how amazing these vitamins have worked for me may be the first step in that direction.
