I like the idea of exfoliating the scalp and I like Jack Black's shampoos. I would say this does not really clean hair, rather it's a scrub for the scalp. I always follow it up with a shampoo. In that sense I'm a little disapointed with the product. I use it once a week, honeslty can't tell if it makes a difference.

Love the scent and texture of this shampoo. A little goes a long way! The peppermint oil is fantastic and leaves your hair and scalp feeling fresh and clean. Highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how CLEAN and fresh this makes my scalp feel. It’s not overly gritty but still helps clarify and cleanse the scalp without leaving your scalp feeling overly dry.

I'm a big fan of all things Jack Black, but this product didn't do it for me. Yes, it left my hair feeling amazing, but I found it near impossible to squeeze from the bottle after the first few uses. I think I ended up tossing 1/3 of the bottle after all that was left was the exfoliating scrub (and no liquid to help it flow from the bottle). Maybe this was just me?

This things i do like are the smell, it has a lovely peppermint scent which gives my scalp a nice tingly feeling. I do think this scrub does do a nice job of leaving my scalp clean, it takes away any build I have and doesn't leave me with any greasy feeling like other scrubs to. The only issue I have is that I need a lot of product to cover my hair, even though i have short hair. Because I need so much product the value of this isn't that great, as it won't last long especially if you have long hair. Not too grainy. Packaging is normal.

He found the product extremely effective at clearing his scalp, especially with continued regular use. The product smells masculine and fresh and ensures that you walk out of the shower feeling super clean. This is a product that I definitely recommend to others.
