For those who got a ‘cancelled’ email; I did as well. I called Macy’s and they reprocessed the order. I just got it today. It’s a pretty ring. Good luck!

Canceled
Hi, I was waiting for a week and then they canceled my order. I emailed them, they didn’t respond. I was waiting for it become processed and was left unsure and unassisted. Then they decided to cancel my order even though it was in stock. Very dissatisfied with them.
