There was a link missing in the chain when it arrived. I don’t know when or how that happened. Maybe it was not packaged well enough and it became undone in shipping. Otherwise it is a beautiful piece. I love this brand and I own several pieces that are made by them. I don’t want to return it. Maybe I can fasten it back together with a safety pin.
