This substantial sweater is perfect! Fit is true to size and it has enough weight to wear all winter. The color is a heathered grey and simply lovely. The knitting at the bottom is straight, without gathering, making it slim throughout. (never like sweaters that gather at bottom, making tummy look big). Made so well. I love it!
I love the color and feel of this sweater. The color is a bright and deep red. It would make a great Christmas sweater except that it is so lightweight. It’s a soft sweater with a nice feel.
These school uniform cardigans are shockingly flimsy. My 7year old wore hers one single time each and both the navy ones and the cute yellow one developed holes. And pulls or runs in the weave throughout. I thought they were so cute, so I was excited, but nope. The fabric is thin and weak. Basically as durable as paper. I’ve never had any other clothing fall apart this easily on her. Lands’ End is the only approved uniform vendor at our school (Mason Classical Academy), so parents have no choice. For the price, the quality is completely unacceptable. Do not expect these to last past the first week of school. Would not recommend. Buy at your own risk if your school requires them.
I absolutely love this sweater. It is a perfect match to pants I bought a while ago. As always with Lands End the quality is without question.

I bought this a few weeks ago and love it. Though I thought you'd finally made a cashmere sweater in my favorite color, purple, it turns out it's not cashmere at all. I have a blue cashmere sweater that's perfect so I guess I was just hoping enough to assume it was. I bought 3 of these sweaters, thinking they were cashmere. One for myself, one for my granddaughter and one for my friend who also loves purple. We all love this sweater even though it's not cashmere. Lol. It's still very soft, non scratchy like many sweaters are. I bought a medium when getting the blue cashmere one, and though I've lost weight since then, I bought a size large in this sweater. I'm pretty busty, and always have to size up on any button up shirts or sweaters that I buy. If I don't size up this one would gap open where the buttons are. Five Stars again, Land's End.

My daughter wore this maybe 5 times and the seam on the collar ripped in two places.
