I cannot process collagen properly so while the benefits are amazing, my body has adverse effects. This is the only collagen that I’ve tried (and I’ve tried a lot in many different forms) that has no negative effects. My body processes it well and I can finally have the benefits of collagen without any drawbacks. I cannot recommend this product more. It is fantastic.
