B by Brooks Brothers Men's Classic-Fit Navy Stretch Wool Blend Blazer

Saw this on sale and tried it on. Felt much higher quality than the price suggested. Fully lined, sturdy construction, perfect fit.

I’m very impressed with this B by Brooks Brothers Classic-Fit Navy Stretch Wool Blend Blazer. The quality is excellent for the price, with a soft wool-blend fabric that has just enough stretch to make it comfortable for all-day wear.

Main problem with this blazer is the fit. While it appears to be the right size with sleeve length and drop from the waist down over the hips, the coat is far too small around my rather slim waist and looks terrible when buttoned. Shoulder pads are too large and look unnatural. The arm holes are not sized well and jacket is uncomfortable when arms are stretched out. Not a deal breaker, but the navy color is not as dark and rich as what I consider a classic navy blazer. Buttons are rather dull in actuality, though they appear bright in a photo. This blazer does not deserve or represent the classic name of Brooks Brothers. Because of the defective cut, there is no way a tailor could alter the blazer to fit properly. I am returning the blazer for a refund. I would not expect any other size to be satisfactory as the proportions seem faulty.

I like the fit & style. I’m not sure about the buttons. My buttons are not shiny like in the photo so I’ll have to think about that a bit. Overall I’m please with the purchase. The price was within budget.

i ordered a classic navy blazer and macys sent me a plaid casual jacket with no tag on it and no return label so i had to go to macys store to return it for credit. What’s happened to good customer service?
