Received an incomplete order on a housewarming grift. After many calls to Macys and emails and pictures to Arkwright home I’m being billed for replacement that has now been paid for in full twice. Towels are decent not worth the lost 5 hours trying to get this rectified
My fault for not following my instincts and the reviews. I didn't even bother to open the entire package because as soon as I touched one of the towels, I knew they were garbage. Very thin, no fluff, rough to the touch. Returning.
Never got the oroduct
The teal colored towel in this set sheds and bleeds color everywhere. Even when washed in cold water. Terrible quality.
Practically threadbare. SO disappointing.
Why am I being asked to review a product that I have not received yet? I’m beginning to wonder if my package is lost.
Absolute disgrace…with washing, the cotton created a fuzz of lint that could not be contained. After three washings, I threw the mess in the trash. Do not buy these towels.
Soft not super absorbent
I have not received my order and have been waiting over 3 weeks and a half almost 4. I requested a refund and received a response to wait. At this point I just want a refund
What a mess. Washed new towels alone in washer and dryer. There were Gobs of lint everywhere and new towels had pulled threads and were still covered with lint. (I cleaned the lint trap in the dryer 4 times)
