Its not the product, its the lack of customer care. I apparently selected the wrong size and now they refer me back to Macys to replace it but there is no way to do that. So last time buying Lands End at Macys.
Have been purchasing these sleep shorts for multiple years. From time to time they need replacing. This last order, the waist elastic band seems undersized.
Poor quality assembly, with a 4 inch hole in the right pocket.
