Macy's, I hope I'm annoying You As Much!
I am tired of Macy's sending me over 1000 emails every week. These are clothes; you've seen clothes before. MACY'S--You need to work on the frequency of your advertising emails. This is excessive.

Pants crumpled and wrinkled. But good pants.
I like the pants and the priced. On sale. But the pants came crumbled and very wrinkled in a clear plastic bag, missing most of the tags. I almost returned them. They looked so bad out of the bag.

Can’t be bothered to ship a matching set. Just seems lazy at best.

The quality of the garment is solid for the price. Which is only worth as much as the discount price. Hopefully it lasts through a long time of wear and dry cleaning.

Badly wrinkled slacks received in a dirty plastic.
Brooks Brothers Slacks received wrinkled in a dirty plastic bag. It was reordered and received the same way again. Went to the chat and they let e wait over 30 minutes and never came back! Terrible service…I left a phone number, no one has called…
