I am no stranger to makeup, having worked for a prestige brand previously. There is nothing I can do to keep the eyeliner from transferring to my eyelids. I rate it 0. The Duraline is pretty cool, I’m still experimenting. I rate it 3. The brush is fantastic. Wish I found it much sooner! I rate it a 5. Paid reviews are not reliable.
