The toes of both shoes are damaged and discolored. I liked the boots but that made me extremely disappointed!!

Extremely uncomfortable boot😩! High blue boots are difficult to come across but this one is not worth the price. You will sacrifice cute over comfort

I came to return the boots because they came damaged. The other two pairs of boots were fine to return easy then it took me another 40 minutes to return these boots at the store at the at your service desk .They were damaged because the suede was peeled away and they were brand new out the box. I was sent from the regular shoe department to the AT YOUR SERVICE and the sales associate had to manually put my information into the register then go to the back to print out out the email. She was trying to be efficient but the whole transaction was wasteful time. Don’t order these if you are unsure because one they will not credit your card right. Until the vendor receives the boots.

There was nothing for me not to like about this cold weather boot, including the great sale price. It has a comfortable, sturdy wedge platform, perfect height for me. The Olive color is very attractive, muted with a hint of grey to it, so it's not a stark green color. The crowning glory for me is the shearling at the top of the shaft. It gives the boot a very attractive look, and it does get looks and compliments. I did not find the navy color that attractive though; the color looked a little too shiny for me. The boot itself is roomy (my reg sz 9 fit fine). It has a side zipper mid-boot only, but they're easy enough to slip on and off. BTW, I have thin calves and the boot shaft at the very top is very snug, more so than any other boot I've owned, which I appreciate because I always swim in them. But ladies with calves on the fuller side beware, you may struggle to pull them up..
