Cultured Freshwater Pearl (6 1/2mm) & Lab-Created White Sapphire (1/10 ct. t.w.) Vine Drop Earrings in Sterling Silver

I recently placed an order for pearl earrings, but unfortunately, I received a different ring instead. I was quite disappointed, as this was a special gift for an occasion this weekend. I ordered earrings online, and I would expect quality control to be better when purchasing from Macy’s website. This is the first time I have encountered a problem like this. will I receive a full refund of the original purchase price, as the earrings are priced higher?

These were very dainty and pretty, however, extremely small. You were barely able to see the stones in the hanging vine. When I wore them the first time one of the pearls fell off and was lost. I tried to return this, but I was given no option other than to have Them sent out a state to be estimated as to the Repair cost. I really thought this was unfair since the workmanship was not up to part. Also, I buy a considerably large number of jewelry items from Macy’s every year. I felt I was treated poorly and not given a viable option. Do not buy this set of earrings. They are too fragile and may not hold up to repeated wearings.

The white stones were barely visible. I do not recommend buying these earrings.
